We tailored our B2B app for Lafarge’s needs, loading it with features that allow for easier communication with buyers, while also being a source of market information.
Our first project with Lafarge was designing their loyalty program for contractors, the basic idea being “Buy more, Get more.” The loyalty program then evolved to include a cost calculator for contractors to give them a more accurate estimate of a project’s cost and the materials required for it.
Final Result
So far, launched in only one market, the Lafarge app has yielded positive results in terms of attracting buyers from the competition and retaining them through the loyalty programs’ rewards and benefits, as well as significantly raising Lafarge’s sales volumes. The next step will be upcoming launches in multiple markets.
