GIZ funded National Employment Pact (NEP) presented us with two main development areas; internal employment CRM and redesigning their website for an improved UX and to drive traffic.
We approached both areas as a major research project. For the CRM, we met stakeholders for their input, then found similar CRM global success stories and tailored software utilizing their top features. For the website, we identified the UX’s shortcomings, gathered international best practice data, streamlined processes and creative tools to maximize lead generation.
NEP is now the owner of two top tier networks - internally and externally. The internal employment CRM provides a comprehensive employee database that handles a larger workload more efficiently, and the NEP website UX is smoother and faster, maximizing traffic, stay time and lead generation.
