Junior Project Manager
- Creates and maintains project plans that communicate tasks, milestone dates, risks, status and resource allocation to project stakeholders.
- Ultimately responsible for delivery of these projects within schedule, functionality and quality for any projects within Design and Development departments.
- Develops project objectives/charter by reviewing project proposals or other information; conferring with management and other project stakeholders as appropriate.
- Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.
- Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements.
- Ensuring resource availability and allocation.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Enhancing the internal project process.
