Junior Project Manager

  • Creates and maintains project plans that communicate tasks, milestone dates, risks, status and resource allocation to project stakeholders.
  • Ultimately responsible for delivery of these projects within schedule, functionality and quality for any projects within Design and Development departments.
  • Develops project objectives/charter by reviewing project proposals or other information; conferring with management and other project stakeholders as appropriate.
  • Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.
  • Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements.
  • Ensuring resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Enhancing the internal project process.

Sales Executive – Future Position

  • Achieve quota and sales targets.
  • Carry out customer demos and presentation.
  • Build strong relationship with clients based on credibility, integrity, and trust.
  • Fully understand company offerings and services in order to promote it in the marketplace.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through managing the relation and working closely with technical and delivery teams.
  • Build company brand through proper positioning of company services and products.
  • Timely reporting of sales leads and forecasts.
